SPARKS ELECTRONICS provides a one year warranty on most of our products. Please review the following warranty restrictions.

Basic Warranty Statement

  • SPARKS ELECTRONICS will extend this warranty only to the original purchase
  • All exchanges must be received within 7 days of the purchase with original invoice
  • There is 25% restocking charges for all return items, products must be unopened and in good condition
  • This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damages due to normal everyday usage.
  • To obtain service, the original purchaser must present a sales receipt and/or proof of purchase and send the product/s prepaid to:

    The purchaser must include company's name, shipping address, telephone number, and RMA number.
  • Warranty on VCR and Monitors include repair only. Head damages on VCR will not be accepted under the warranty
  • Accessories will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns
 

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • In order to have your merchandise repaired and/or replaced by warranty, you must contact our RMA department and obtain a RMA number.
  • All packages must be sent prepaid with the RMA number, company's name, and return address written clearly on the box.
  • Any returns without a RMA number will not be processed.
  • Any parts and/or accessories must be included with the main unit. Otherwise, it is subject to be charged with 25% restocking fee.
  • Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks to process from the date of receipt.
  • There will be no advanced replacements on RMA's.
  • The repaired or replaced unit will be sent back to the customer by UPS GROUND ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Please make sure the return address is deliverable by UPS. (NO PO BOX Please)
  • In the event the customer's shipments sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS are returned or refused by any representatives and/or principals of the company, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This applies for all verbal and written orders. NO EXCEPTIONS
